(3) Under laws of the State of TX, you hereby agree to hold harmless & indemnify Casa del Ragno, Incorporated plus its volunteers or directors or partners; the City of Boerne; & Sponsors plus their officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents from any all liabilities arising from participation in 2025 German Motor Gathering.
(4) You hereby attest that you carry active liability insurance coverage on your entry (or entries) & you are willing and able to provide such proof if asked to do so.
